CVP Systems, Inc. introduces the next generation of it’s successful bulk poultry packaging machine, the A-200 Multiline® FreshVac®.  This “Next Generation” system was specifically developed in partnership with and in support of the industry’s efforts to achieve superior performance in production capacity as well as ease of maintenance and sanitation.  Excellent efficiencies and operational scalability are achieved with the availability of 3, 4 and 5 station systems.  The production flexibility designed into the system allows for production of bulk chicken, ranging from 10 to 70 pounds and the ability to run boxes or totes up to 20 inches wide and 13 inches high.

 

The new sanitary, modular open frame design includes an all angle-iron frame design as well as sloped surfaces for proper water run-off.  It also can be used in a bypass mode for non-sealed boxes as needed.  In addition, now all PLC controls are “state of the art” Allen Bradley across the entire CVP product line.

CVP Systems, Inc. introduces the next generation of the successful MasterPACKer® automated packaging machine, theMasterPACKer® ECO+CX. This machine was specifically designed in partnership with and in support of the industry’s efforts to create a “Center Seal” application to accommodate fewer trays in a sleeve like mother bag for case ready meat. The Center Seal film management system enables the ECO+CX to run the latest development in strong but thin C-fold film structures, offering seal only, perf only or full cut mother bags. Significant cost savings can be achieved resulting from using a 2 mil c-fold film on the MasterPACKer® vs a typical flow wrapper. In addition, the labor saving features of the MasterPACKer® ECO+CX provide for ROI’s of less than one year for most operations. For ease of operation, robotics are a natural extension of the MasterPACKer®’s functionality.

CVP® featured the new member of the MasterPACKer® Eco Plus family, the MasterPACKer® Eco Plus BX.  This CVP® machine is suited for a wide range of applications, including Case Ready Meat, Fresh Sausage and Laid Out Bacon.  Significant operational savings can be achieved resulting from labor reduction, increased throughput and material savings.  The BX is all stainless steel, wash-down and is fully servo driven for optimal control of the entire packaging process.  Bags are made in line out of 2 mil 22 inch C-fold film.  Strong seals are achieved as a result of a heavy duty impulse band seal system.  In addition to the MasterPACKer®, CVP® exhibited the poultry industry’s favorite solutions for bulk chicken packaging, the A-200C and the A-200PLC.

CVP Systems, Inc. introduces the next generation of the successful MasterPACKer® automated packaging machine, theMasterPACKer ECO+BX.  This machine was specifically designed in partnership with and in support of the industry’s efforts to create ecologically sustainable packaging methods for “Laid Out” bacon.  The patented film management system enables the ECO+ to run the latest development in strong but thin C-fold film structures, resulting in an overall reduction of film use and packaging carbon footprint.  Significant cost savings can be achieved resulting from using a 2 mil c-fold film on the MasterPACKer vs a 9 mil forming film on a typical rollstock machine.  In addition, the labor saving features of the MasterPACKer ECO+BX  provide for ROI’s of less than one year for most operations.
