The Z-2500 offers positive vacuum and gas flushing in a fully automatic packaging machine.  Bags are made online from roll stock utilizing CVP®’s controlled impulse sealing systems.

Low levels of residual O2 are achieved without puffy or bloated packages typical of VFFS machines.  The Z-2500 can run up to 50 bags per minute with individual pack weights up to 25 pounds.

The Z-2500 Design Features:

  • Hygienic Design - Clean-in-place system for internal cleaning. External washdown capability. Removable dual stainless steel snorkels for easy cleaning and inspection.
  • Reproducible Results - Internal accumulator tank for precise gas mixing and accelerated speeds of operation. Digital vacuum and gas flush controls with low gas alarm. PLC controlled impulse wire system with excellent seal temperature and time reproducibility.
  • Flexibility - Flex-fill design handles different bag widths. Bag length can be changed over. Easy to use touch screens. One operator. Self contained vacuum pump. Short height minimizes product drop. Independent dual sides can be run separately.
  • Package Configurations - Runs up to 50 bags per minute. PLC interfaces with automatic weighing and scaling systems.
  • Options - High and low oxygen systems.
