Z-2200
The Z-2200 offers positive vacuum and gas flushing in a fully automatic packaging system. Bags are made online from roll stock utilizing CVP®’s controlled impulse sealing system.
Low levels of residual O2 can be achieved without puffy or bloated packages typical of VFFS machines. The Z-2200 can produce up to 25 bags per minute.

The Z-2200 Design Features:
- Hygienic Design - Clean in place system for internal cleaning. External washdown capability. Removable dual stainless steel snorkels for easy cleaning and inspection.
- Reproducible Results - Internal accumulator tank for precise gas mixing and accelerated speeds of operation. Digital vacuum and gas flush controls with low gas alarm. PLC controlled impulse wire system with excellent seal temperature and time reproducibility.
- Flexibility - Flex-fill design handles different bag widths. Bag length can be changed over. Easy to use touch screens. One operator. Self contained vacuum pump. Short height minimizes product drop.
- Package Configurations - Runs up to 25 bags per minute. PLC interfaces with automatic weighing and scaling systems.
