Z-1200
The Z-1200 is the answer to high volume modified atmosphere production. Utilizing premade bags, speeds up to 9000 lbs per hour can be processed.
With a low profile and compact in design, the Z1200 can be used in plants with low ceiling heights. It also integrates with automatic feeders and scales.
A product settling shaker and bag sizer ensure uniform bag profile, optimum cube utilization and box fit.

The Z-1200 Design Features:
- Hygienic Design - Clean-in-place system for internal cleaning. External washdown capability. Stainless steel snorkels.
- Flexibility - Flex-fill design efficiently handles bags from 10" x 10" to 16" x 24" Large Z handles bags up to 24" x 40", with bag weights up to 60 pounds. Easy changeover-bag lengths can be changed in minutes.
- Fast and Convenient - Fills up to 30 five-pound bags per minute. PLC controller interfaces with most automatic scale systems. Self-contained, high capacity vacuum pump minimizes evacuation time. One-man operation saves labor.
- Options - Product setting device gently vibrates to ease product filling, bag sizing device forms the bags to fit easily into boxes or totes. Liquid and liquid/solid fill systems are available.
